Flex Zones
VARIABLE FLEX
Made with vertical Paulownia stringers running tip to tail creating a variable flex that increases the yield in a press.

SPRINGBOX 2
In the tip/tail of the board, we have varying depths that will allow the board to bend easier. Extruded rods through the high points give a rider more spring out of their press.

TRUE FLEX
The first of its kind that’s incredibly strong - but doesn’t feature a top glass. Instead, it has a traditional bottom glass - and a first ever mid glass that provides the strength, but then has a top laminate over it all. So now these 2 constructions can work independently of one another creating what we call true flex. The softest cable board we have ever made by far.

ALL OVER FLEX
For the rider that wants the whole board to bend - creating the most surface area on a rail - and knows the board won’t have a rigid fulcrum point.
Flex Ratings
We have a flex testing machine that can gauge the recoil of a board. The higher the number - the more the board will want to react back to its original rocker line, while the smaller number means the board will be softer and more adaptive on rails.
Materials
SPEEDWALLS
Vertical poured urethane creates more top water speed and acts as a durable bumper from those floating menaces at a cable park.
KRYPTO CABLE
Different fibers are brewed and then woven together to make a stronger compound. The Krypto Cable surrounds the profile of the board and is fused together with our core. Combined with our monocoque laminated glass, this cable makes the sidewalls the strongest part of the board – not the weakest.
GRIND BASE
A thicker base material that doesn’t quite have the speed of its sintered counterpart - but will hold up with the best of them on features.
MONOCOQUE
A wrapped glass from the bottom to the top so the flash line is no longer the weak point of the board – but is now the strongest. A more durable construction and a torsionally stiffer ride. Interweaving works in greetings and in boards.
SINTERED BASE
Our exclusive super durable base was formulated from a powder by heating the material in a sintering furnace above its melting point until the particles bond to one another. A higher purity compound that preserves its bond overtime. No obstacle is safe at cable parks with our jib friendly base.
MAGIC CARPET
We are always sourcing new fiberglass materials trying to find that perfect weave allowing just enough resin to bleed through and adhere to our Magic Carpet.
M6 INSERTS
The Euros have it figured out. A higher thread count means more hold on a shallower depth. So now we can go to thinner profiled boards with a shorter insert without sacrificing boot lock down. The results are boards with more feel and contact on the water. Found on every series.
PAULOWNIA WOOD
Wood is good at the park for riders that want a more durable ride. Made from renewable trees – this cable friendly Paulownia timber delivers a snowboard influenced kick off the wake, and unique ollie and press on rails.
