UPING THE ANTE ON CONSISTENCY AND STABILITY
Rhythmic flow of a sequence of movements, a common theme in analyzing foils is getting great drive and lift but having a hard time controlling it. The board will skyrocket to the top, plunge to the bottom, or somewhere in between. This series of wings will ask you what floor on the elevator do you want to reach – and most importantly – keep you there. A nimble turn that will easily roll over to edge with its elliptical outline and additional width. It will quickly set you in the sweet spot, keep you on your specified flight pattern and do it with a quicker reacting edge hold. Offering a built in depth gauge - a white paint over the carbon fiber makes it easier to see how deep your foil set up is under the water.
FLUID SHIFT EDITION MAST
14” | 17” | 20”
3 LENGTHS IN 1 FOILING MADE EASY
Raise your hand if you thought getting up on a wakesurfer was a piece of cake and the same experience on a wakefoil had a different outcome. It’s been interesting to find out that to a certain degree the better you are at surfing can often penalize you in foiling. So, how could we make foiling easier with our products? With the first ever adaptable mast. We have a patent pending on an adjustable mast that allows the product to evolve with the rider’s ability. Just starting out – shift the mast as far back to the tail as you can and shorten the height of the mast to its lowest 14” height setting. This will minimize the flight ability and maximize your chances of getting up and cruising around. As you build confidence you can then position the mast slightly farther forward on the tracks (closer to the tip) and gradually raise the height to the next 3” height increment – 17”. Over the years we have had countless people with no watersports background that have had a fun and successful flight on the 14” mast height and then have quickly graduated to the 17” height position. More advanced riders can session a wave without the handle at the 20” height position while moving the mast farther forward (closer to the tip) on the tracks. All while riding the same set up. The result is the easiest and most adaptable wakefoil on the market in varying heights of 14” / 17” and 20”. Truly is 3 in 1.
BALANCE REAR STABILIZER
240cm²
A CO-PILOT WITH A CONSCIOUS
The voice of reason mounted on the back of your Link Fuselage is there to conduct your voyage as you navigate the seas. A low temperament design that helps steer the ship and bail you out of a jam when off axis. The perfect amount of grip for those new to foiling – yet still has enough speed to transfer on the second wave.
LINK 3D FUSELAGE
39cm
SOLID CONSISTENT RHYTHM
The Link 3D is the intersection to the mast, front wing and rear stabilizer with perfection in every nuance. Each fuselage starts out as a high-grade alloy in the shape of a long brick and is then milled on a 3 axis CNC machine to the exact dimension for the perfect fit between the connection points. This streamlined conical design achieves the highest marks of anything we have ever tested in rigidity and water efficiency. A strong efficient link is in many ways the driving force to a smooth predictable foiling experience.
VERTICAL STABILIZER

FOILING WILL NEVER BE THE SAME - OR AS DIFFICULT
3 years ago we took a sport that was labeled as hard and made it easy with the world’s only adjustable mast. Now we are doing it all over again - this time with the only vertical stabilizer. This new patent pending invention will conveniently slide on any Ronix fuselage to help control and maintain your flight pattern in a way never thought imaginable.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
We designed this stabilizer to aid the journey of flight and are including this with every complete foil set up that comes with a balance wing. The already dependable shift mast now has a running mate to all but guarantee a quick and easy learning experience. But then we realized once you have progressed from our hybrid carbon balance series doesn’t mean you are out of the foiling challenges. Short boards, tall masts, and big front wings are so much fun to ride – but bring about a new abrupt take off that can be hard to control even for riders with a lot of foiling experience. Once a rider feels they have that foundation – the stabilizer can easily slide off to bring out the full personality of our foil setups.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Ever flown on a plane without a vertical stabilizer - why should your journey into foiling be any different? This vertical stabilizer slows down your take off and locks in your turn. Now a rider will have more of a controlled pitch deepwater start and an easier to navigate rolling style turn vs. the more experienced yaw style arc. Once a rider feels they have that foundation – the stabilizer can easily slide off to bring out the full personality of our foil setups.
A commitment to the new era in flight continues.
Sold separately for a shadow carbon foil kit. Comes included with every Hybrid Carbon Foil Kit. No additional hardware required.
ASSEMBLY
This is the order we encourage you to assemble your foil kit.
1. Slide fuselage into front wing - tighten all 3 (A) screws.
2. Overlay fuselage onto rear stabilizer - tighten both (D) screws. If you want to use the vertical stabilizer loosen the 2 (D) screws and the stabilizer will easily slide on in between the fuselage and the rear stabilizer. No additional hardware is required.
3. *Determine desired mast height - place both (B) inserts so that they go through both pieces of the adjustable mast - tighten (B) screws into inserts.
4. Insert mast into fuselage - tighten 2 of the 4 (E) screws.
5. Insert mast into mast top plate - tighten remaining 2 of 4 (E) screws.
6. Slightly attach all 4 foil board track screws (C) into the track inserts (C).
7. Place 2 track insert/screws (C) into left track, place remaining 2 insert/screws (C) into right rack. Slide one set all the way up the track, and the other set all the way down the track.
8. Place mast top plate on to board so that the track aligns with top plate grooves.
9. Slide all 4 insert/screws (C) into top plate grooves - and proceed to tighten.
10. If you are unsure of where to place mast top plate, start with the mast top plate as close to the tail of the board as possible, for added stability. As your skills progress, gradually slide mast top plate forward for added lift.
11. Always ensure screws are tightened with every use.
* If you have a fixed 24" or 28" mast, skip step 3.
