Wakeboarding:

AWARD WINNING FOOTWEAR RECEIVED MAJOR UDPATES THIS YEAR.
If we could only make One, this would be it… We took everything we’ve learned over the past two decades of footwear innovation and packing that all into One. New for 2026, we’ve sourced a different blend of Cordura Ballistic Nylon fabric that is built to withstand heavy landings and harsh conditions. The stiffer nature of this boot translates to quicker edge to edge responsiveness, and more support in targeted areas. Our 3D molded components ensure there is no dead space around your feet, or between our proprietary Intuition+ heat moldable liner and Mainframe 2.0 High Cut skeleton.

The Story
December 2005 was a crazy but really important time in watersports. Wakeboarding was becoming homogenized with leadership and technology. So we decided to go back to Square 1 and start Ronix. The first wakeboarder to say they were in with this new unnamed company was Danny Harf. The most unique graphic, shape and construction we were working on was this board. We would internally just call it the 1 – our most universally liked high end shape we have ever design, the most unique graphic -uv clears, peals, flakes, metal badges weren’t really thing at that point, and the most influential rider in wakeboarding at that time (Danny Harf) wanting to promote this new series. Then on the footwear side this was the first time baseless hardware was being introduced along with heat formed custom fit liners. At that time One was in the short running of the name of our company – but we decided on Ronix. Then it just seemed fitting to call this series the One collection. Several months later there was rumblings that Danny was landing 1080's (the magical trick of that time) on this new company. Then in November of 2006 we made the public debut of the One, and within a few short days we were sold out. The One series made up almost 1/2 of our total sales that first year. We issued more apologies for lack of inventory than we did board sales. Now nearly 2 decades later it continues to be the flagship high end wakeboard series in the industry. The pinnacle of elegance of elevation. If we could make only 1 - it would be the One.
If you ever saw the original white One boot from 2007 we had a snow camo on the inside of the liner. While we were designing this boot we were working basically around the clock. We decided to take a day off work and go ride some powder. We actually got stuck in a snow storm - and decided to leave a memento of that time and added a piece of our blizzard on the boot.
